What we can help with
We can fix an error in a guide, cover a new Houston service topic, or review a contributor pitch. If you spot anything on the site that could mislead a reader, flag it and we will prioritize the fix.
What we cannot do
ACE Houston is an independent resource, not a government office. We cannot pay a bill for you, open or close a 311 case, file an exemption, issue a permit, or access your city account. Those tasks happen on official City of Houston and Harris County sites, which we link on every relevant guide. For emergencies, always call 911.
